A beautiful flat, a welcoming host and everything you could wish for. This is charming flat in a beautiful part of town. It has everything you need, all mod cons and is fully equipped. A lovely place for a stay, can’t recommend highly enough. Barrie prepares a lovely welcome pack so that you are ready to go with basic food - so thoughtful.

Barrie's flat in Belsize Park was idyllic. It was comfortable, spacious, leafy and had all amenities required to be in a home from home. I'd highly recommend choosing this beautiful home

Beautiful place to stay and a fantastic location. We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 year old and the apartment was perfect for us. We couldn't believe how quiet it was and so close to all the attractions. We walked to London Zoo, which was very easy and close by. We took the bus to the centre of London on Monday, which again was very easy. We would highly recommend this place to stay. Our host Barrie was very helpful and checked in with us throughout the stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

An absolutely amazing location! I was with my 4 year old and it was a great location for him for playgrounds and playgroups. Super easy to get to town and Barrie was very responsive and kind. 100% recommend this place!

“We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything here was perfect. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the main subway station, in a quiet and excellent luxury neighbourhood. Barrie was very kind and was available for any question. highly recommend. Great value for any holiday in London”
He is a kind, polite, helpful and a very nice host. His house is roomy , has a lovely garden, is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The surroundings are very beautiful, and the place is close to parks, subway, markets and restaurants.

His place was as described plus some. It has the best equipped kitchen of any place we have ever stayed in. The back garden was wonderful. Our host himself was the most gracious and responsive host we have ever experienced. We hope to use his place again and recommend it to others.

Lovely garden flat in an absolutely beautiful street in Belsize Park; 10 mins walk to either BP or Swiss Cottage tube station. He is a charming and gracious host. We found bread, butter, cheese, yogurt, coffee, etc waiting for us on arrival and departed with his restaurant recommendations for our next stop in Paris. Comfortable sitting room, well-equipped kitchen; gorgeous garden, as well. A very comfortable situation for two people in NW3.

This is a lovely, comfortable flat in a great location - close to tube stations, buses and charming local neighbourhoods. The flat was exactly as it appeared on the web site and the host provided a wonderful food package and amenities for our stay. We would definitely recommend it.

It was a genuine pleasure to stay for a month. Every comfort was met. The flat is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and well equipped with superior appliances and kitchen necessities. A quiet peaceful location yet minutes from tube stations or buses, farmers markets, cafes and supermarkets. Easy local walks to well know locations (Primrose Hiil, Marlybone High Street, Hampstead). He is a thoughtful and obliging host. . We wouldn't hesitate to return
