Positive: The room was lovely, bathroom excellent

Negative: When we entered bar area at lunch time. We told the girl at the bar, we had wanted lunch and where could we sit, she recommended the lounge area. After looking at it, we decided we would rather sit at a table, we then helped ourselves to a menu and enquired if it was the lunch time menu. She then told us, that they did not do lunch. Why on earth could she have not informed us at the start. Was she going to leave us in the lounge area twiddling our thumbs! We found the rest of the staff very helpful.
