Positive: Very tastefully decorated apartment and well appointed kitchen. Bathroom small, but lots of space for all our toiletries and great shower. Thick and fluffy towels. Comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Comfortable sitting room vith view of large lawn and access to small patio with table and bench set. Ample free private parking. Peacefull and quiet location with only 15-20 min walk to Northcott beach and same distance to Crooklets beach.. We appreciated the milk, tea bags,coffee and biscuits left for us.

Negative: Issue with dampness in bedrooms.Double bed and bedding felt and smelled damp first night. Luckily it was hot and sunny next morning so we could put bedding outside on bench-set to dry out. OK after that, but had to keep windows open to air mattress. Strongly recommend to access property from Bude (Crooklets beach end) to avoid extremely bad craters in road if approaching from other direction.
