This delightful cottage is also only 15 miles away from the V and A Museum, opened autumn 2018 on the waterfront in Dundee.
The cottage has a bright south facing outlook with two large bedrooms downstairs and a wonderful spacious open planned living area on the first floor.This room has fantastic character with wooden beams on the ceiling, wooden flooring, a feature stone fireplace with wood burning stove and a stunning open view over the River Tay. The kitchen is fully fitted with natural pine units and is well equipped. The dining area is directly next to the kitchen. There is a private grassy garden area to the rear of the cottage and a raised walkway leads you down to the river’s edge at the front.
