The flat is the lower ground floor of a Victorian conversion building with its own separate entrance. Access to East Finchley tube station on the Northern line is 5 minutes walk with quick travel to central London in 30 minutes. Bus stop is right outside the flat that takes you directly to Muswell Hill & Alexandra Palace.
The space
The flat is newly refurbished with a clean and modern design. All the furniture is brand new and bought within the last few months. The flat is freshly painted bright white with large mirrors in each room.
The bedroom has a double bed sleeping two people, as well as bedside tables, a lamp, a large mirror, dressing table and a rail for hanging your clothes.
The lounge and living room has a TV, storage, side tables, and a sofa bed / day bed. The day bed has capacity for 1 person to sleep on the top, as well as a trundle bed underneath that pulls out and can sleep 1 additional person. We have a smart TV with Netflix included, as well as a Google Home for playing music via bluetooth. Extra fast Wifi is available throughout the whole flat as well.
There is a small outside patio space that opens up from the living room that can also be used for smoking or getting fresh air.
The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, extra freezer, sink, oven, stove and a small dining table with two folding bar stools to have breakfast in the mornings.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink, full shower and bath with a handheld shower head. The bath tub is also fitted with whirlpool jets that turn it in to a jacuzzi, designed to relax tired muscles and stimulate blood circulation.

You will have access to the whole flat including 1 living room space, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom & shower, 1 kitchen, 1 hallway and entryway space, as well as access to the private outside patio space that opens from the lounge. The flat has a separate entrance from the main building, so offers guests more privacy than entering through a communal door.
