This modern and spacious family home is the perfect spot for a great London stay, only an 8 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station. Featuring a bright kitchen and dining area, 2 living rooms and 3 gorgeous bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This home is complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: This gorgeous 3 storey house features everything you need for the perfect stay in London. Boasting 2 living rooms, fitted with a TV and SKY, cosy sofa and lovely decor, it's a relaxing space to enjoy a day in. The open plan dining area with a kitchen is bright and spacious, being a convenient and comfortable place to prepare and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and fridge, along with ample kitchenware. Two bedrooms are fitted with double beds and share a bathroom which has a shower, sink and toilet. The en-suite master king bedroom is located up a flight of stairs. The bathroom is gorgeously designed, even with his and hers sinks! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BATH TUB ON THE TOP FLOOR IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER. HOWEVER THE SHOWER WORKS FINE AT ONE SET TEMPERATURE. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. The house is complete with a lovely garden, where you will find an outdoor table and chairs, surrounded by plenty of greenery. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The home is located in a convenient neighbourhood, surrounded by restaurants and bars at the homes door step, but far enough to be quiet and not have loud noise in the middle of the night. It's close to Clapham common which has a big green area, outdoor fitness facilities and plenty of restaurants and bars on Clapham high street. Getting Around: The home is very close to Clapham Junction that has many links around the UK and into central London within 5-10 minutes. There are plenty of buses going into central London - 77, 87, 156, 345, G1, and night bus N87. Taxis and Ubers are also available. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
