Split across 3 floors, with a spacious living area and kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and single bedroom, this is the ideal home for your stay in West London for up to 7 guests. The home will come complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: Welcome to our home and welcome to London! This brilliant home is located in Northfields, with a cosy village feel, local shops, cafes, restaurants, parks and convenient transport to Ealing Broadway and Central London. On the ground floor of the house you'll find the spacious living room, with two cosy sofas and internet enabled TV, which connects to the dining area. Towards the back of the house is the kitchen, with all the modcons you would expect, including a coffee machine and dishwasher. This leads onto the private garden, which is yours to enjoy, London weather permitting! The four bedrooms are split across the two top levels of the house, three with double beds and one with a single bed. All beds will be made up with hotel quality linen to ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay. The are two bathrooms in the home, one with a bath and connected shower, and the other a large shower. Both bathrooms will come stocked with towels for each guest and complimentary toiletries. If you're staying with family, we have a travel cot and highchair available to use. We hope our home can be the perfect base for your long or short stay in West London, for up to 7 guests! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: If you’re looking to cook while staying at the property, there is a small Tesco and small Sainsbury’s within a 10 minute walk. Alternatively, there is a large Waitrose near West Ealing station (15 minute walk) or a large Sainsbury’s in West Ealing (10 minute walk). If you’re looking to eat out, there are a number of independent cafes and restaurants along Northfields Avenue. Some of our recommendations closeby are Mama's Nepalese, Tapella for great tapas and Sikulo for Italian, all within a 5 minute walk of the home. Forrester and The Plough are great pubs that are also nearby. If you’re looking to go slightly further afield, there is a wealth of choice in nearby Ealing Broadway. Other things that you may be interested in doing while staying in the area are, Lammas and Walpole parks, which have 4 different playgrounds between them. Kew Gardens, within a 20 minute drive or bus ride and National Trust Osterley House, within a 10 minute drive or bus journey. Getting Around: The property is well situated to get you around London. E2 & E3 bus routes stop at multiple points along nearby Northfields Avenue. Northfields tube station (Piccadilly line to Heathrow or into central London) is 10 minutes walk away, West Ealing rail station (National rail to Paddington) is 15 minutes walk away and Ealing Broadway tube station (Central line, District line, National rail to Paddington) is 20-25 minutes walk away or a 10 minute bus ride (E2 bus). Otherwise, there are several bus stops near the property that can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM.
