The flat is situated on the top floor of a small quiet residential block.
The flat is a duplex with both bedrooms, the bathroom and rear roof terrace on the first floor as you enter the flat. A small internal staircase leads up to the top floor where the living room, kitchen and top roof terrace are located.
The flat has two separate bedrooms.
Bedroom one is at the front of the apartment, and has a King size bed which also can be split and set up as two twins, as well as having a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet.
The second bedroom has a double bed, with fitted wardrobe, desk and drawers, and leads onto the delightful lower roof terrace which is a lovely private area to sit and to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or a relaxing drink.
The bathroom is also on the first floor of the apartment, between the two bedrooms. The bathroom consists of a bath with electric shower, a sink and a toilet, all in a modern white style. It its accessed by a sliding door off the hallway.
A small internal staircase leads up to the top floor where the living room is located. The living room has a L shaped modern sofa which extends into an ample double sofa bed. It also houses an internal storage area where the sofa bed linen is stored. Also in the living room there is a 43 inch smart HD TV, with A Virgin TV box with all major channels as well as some Sky channels (not Atlantic). It also has Netflix. There is a drop leaf dinning table, and a small wardrobe for hanging clothes and houses the dinning rooms chairs. Window blinds provide privacy and also shade from the sun.
