The cottage is beautifully presented with a bright and airy lounge, two comfortable sofas and large windows allowing an abundance of light, it's a perfect room to relax and unwind watching the Smart TV and with the flame effect fire. The modern kitchen/diner has everything you could possible need for your stay. Upstairs we have the two bedrooms both are spacious and individually decorated with the added bonus of both being ensuite, one with a bath and the other with a walk-in shower, each bedroom has its own TV as well.

Being situated on the shore of Derwentwater, the Derwent Water Marina is only a few minutes away where you can hire a variety of boats and canoes. There are an abundance of walks to do straight from your door, or if you prefer to visit a fantastic range of shops and restaurants, Keswick is only 2 miles away and will certainly has something for everyone.
