This 5th floor home features all the necessities for a great stay, including hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! The Space: Welcome to our home! This ideal location is the perfect base for families, business travellers and tourists. The living room is furnished with a sofa and cable TV. The sofa can be extended into a bed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The open kitchen is well equipped so you can easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal whenever you please! Along with the standard mod-cons, we've provided a microwave and kitchenware for your use. Have a good nights sleep in the cosy double bedroom, fitted with a desk and cupboard so you can make yourself right at home. Guests can also use the full bathroom (with a tub!). Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the home as well. We hope you have a lovely stay :) Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The home is conveniently located within quick access to the hustle and bustle of the city but also beside open green space. Just a 5 min drive down the street is the heart of the city, where you can find literally 100s of amazing restaurants, cafes and bars! Arndale Shopping Centre is a great spot to enjoy a little shopping day! Getting Around: There is a bus stop right around the corner of the home that services plenty of routes. Victoria Station is only a 15 minute walk away as well. If you have a car, there is limited free parking spaces on the surrounding area - Dalston St and Hamerton Rd Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) Unfortunately, we do not accept any post to be delivered to the property, If you do so, please note we are not responsible for post collection or lost.
