Princes Street is a 10 minute walk away and Calton Hill is at the end of the road with views over the city. There are excellent travel links with Waverley station is 10 minutes by foot and the tram stop to the airport is a 5 minute walk away. EV charger available.
There is a stone flagged entrance hall leading to the sitting room, next door is a well appointed breakfasting kitchen. There is also a utility room and WC on this floor. There is an elegant stone stair crowned with a cupola which leads to an impressive drawing room with two full height windows overlooking Windsor Street.
