Sleeping arrangements
Two comfortable double bedrooms provide restful places to recharge, each fitted with blackout curtains, double wardrobes, and soft linens. A sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space when needed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Gay Village. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located Whitworth Street - charges may apply. The closest train stations are Oxford Street Station and Piccadilly Station - both are located within a short 5-minute walking distance. There are trams and buses available from Piccadilly Gardens, around 5-minutes walking distance.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
