Living and Eating The living room enjoys plenty of natural sunlight thanks to the giant windows and it comprises of a high-quality sofa, a flat-screen TV, a cosy working space and a dining table (seating up to 4 guests). The open-plan kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, kettle, oven, fridge and gas hobs. Bedroom and Bathroom Master Bedroom: a decent-sized bedroom with a double bed. The room includes a wardrobe. There is one bathroom in the property and offers a bathtub and over-bath shower. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the whole flat. A member of The London Residents Club will always be on hand to check you in and provide you with at least one set of keys as well as a tour of the property. Guest Interaction: We will ensure that there is someone to greet you at the flat upon your arrival, hand over the keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. All guests will have to allow access for viewings for potential buyers, but the disruption will be kept to a minimum. We will inform guests about timings for these in advance and as soon as possible. Getting Around: With Brixton Underground station just 10 minutes walk away, getting around London is easy and convenient. If you wish to use a car, the B223 (Railton Road) is less than 3 minutes away from the apartment. This cosy apartment is the perfect place to stay if you plan to explore London as you will enjoy easy access to any part of the city! House Rules - Additional Rules: The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourages you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is your own! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: • Maximum group size: 2 • Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties • No candles • Dispose of rubbish appropriately • Keep the property clean and tidy • Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected • Please keep the noise down and respect your neighbours in the building • Please remember to close all the windows and doors when leaving the flat • Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout your stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost *Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be charged a £20 late check-in fee **Please also note the check-in hours are between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch, we're more than happy to help! ***The check-out time is fixed at 10.30am (the latest) due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late check-out on certain occasions - please check with us so that we can confirm this with you. There is a fee associated with a late check-out but we only charge £35 for you to use the property until 3 pm and after that, you will have to purchase an extra nights stay.
