Serving as a gatehouse to Spitalfields Market, my home is a unique and central base for a visit to London. Spitalfields is a vibrant hub that offers the best of London’s shopping, restaurant and entertainment scenes.
I’ve recently renovated so you’ll get the best blend of modern comforts with original character. The decor is constantly evolving, whether it's a new piece of art or rearranged furniture. I hope you'll appreciate the dynamic nature of this space.
Shoreditch is a stone's throw away, and Liverpool Street Station (offering direct trains to Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted) is a brisk seven-minute walk through the lively market and city.
The house is entered via a private entrance directly from the street. The first level houses a cosy and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen/dining space connected to a private outdoor terrace - perfect for a morning cup of tea or a glass of wine over lunch while bathing in the sunlight. Take advantage of the terrace during the late daylight hours with the hustle and bustle of the market in the background.
Walk up the winding stairs to the second level where you will find the primary bedroom (blue), a second bedroom (red) and a conveniently located half bathroom. Walk up the next flight of stairs to get to the third level where you will find the third bedroom (green) and the full bathroom with a fantastic view of the City of London. All three bedrooms have Superking-sized beds, the biggest available in the UK.
As this is my actual home and I only rent it out while I am travelling, the house is constantly changing.
