Overlooking Porthmeor Beach in iconic St Ives, sits this splendid homestay for up to nine guests. Set over three floors, the principal sitting room and front bedrooms offer guests tantalising views of turquoise waters and wild surf at the beach below. On the ground floor, is a large sitting room with space and sofas for everyone, this opens in to the dining room and kitchen. At the rear, there is a handy utility space and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom on this floor is ensuite and is blessed with gorgeous elevated sea views while the other two bedrooms are both twin rooms or can be configured as king-size doubles on request. On the top floor is a single bedroom and another bedroom with king-size bed and an ensuite shower room, again looking out to some stunning sea views above Porthmeor Beach. There is a small courtyard space accessed either via the kitchen's french doors or through the utility area, as well as a small decked balcony off the first floor twin bedroom at the rear. Stroll in to the buzzing centre of St Ives with its pretty harbour and wide range of shops, galleries and eateries or hop on a boat to see beautiful St Ives from the water on all sides. If you can tear yourself away from this enchanting town, take the scenic coast road towards Lands End for a real taste of truly unspoiled West Cornwall with its historic tin mines and rugged beauty.
