The sitting room offers a delightful space to relax and unwind of an evening, with the multi-fuel stove to keep you warm during those chilly winter months, it also includes a small library of history books relating to Richard III and the local area. Curl up on one of the two leather sofas and catch up on your favourite shows, or use the provided Xbox and the selection of games for a fun-filled family game night. Step through to the kitchen, which boasts a lovely breakfast bar for enjoying home-cooked meals. The kitchen has a range of appliances on-hand to cook up a storm for the whole family. Use the conservatory as a quiet space for catching up on some reading, with the country views over Wensleydale as your backdrop. A cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor. There are two sets of golf clubs and two trollies for guests to borrow if they wish to visit any of the nearby golf courses (Akebar, is about 8 miles away).
