As a single bedroom it is perfect. There is an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. Close by you can drive easily to many of our lovely gardens and National Trust properties. The Sussex coastline is dramatic and worth a visit as are the close by towns of Battle and Tunbridge Wells. This is a great area for walkers or cyclists.
