The property has many modern and spacious rooms presented with antique touches which give this cottage a cosy and homely feel. Inside there is a living room with an open fire, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs has one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has an enclosed mature garden and situated on a narrow lane unencumbered by traffic, and has views over the vast countryside and surrounding farm. Parking is located at the end of a small lane and is about 75 yards away from the property itself. Brooklands is ideal for a couple with a small child.
