The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. There is plenty to entertain you with a Fire TV, PS4 home cinema system and high quality speakers. The super comfy sofa can also be made into a massive sofa bed. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the stylish kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There’s even a welcome pack stuffed full of coffee, tea (of course!), and proper English scones. Both the beds are King size beds and, with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room in both bedrooms means you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. Freshen up in one ofthe lovely bathrooms! In my home you have the best of both worlds you can either enjoy a soak in the large tub or wake up in the mornings with the fantastic shower. White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! If you have any questions about your stay, please get in touch through the Airbnb platform. ## Neighborhood Battersea Park (just across the road) alone has so much to offer that you hardly need to go anywhere else - take a boat out on the lake, walk along the embankment by the Thames, visit the zoo, have lunch at the Pear Tree Cafe, or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the walled gardens. It really is such a treat to have this incredible space so close to the apartment! Of course, that’s not all the area has to offer. Just walking distance from the upmarket Chelsea area, Battersea/Wandsworth is a bit more eclectic - there’s something for everyone. Let’s start with good pubs. The Lighthouse is a 7 minute walk away. It falls into the ‘gastropub’ category due to its focus on delicious food. As well as classics such as fish and chips and burgers, expect some adventurous dishes too. For a quirkier vibe, the Magic Garden might be more appealing. Live music and a huge covered garden make this a popular choice on the weekends. In colder months, they provide blankets and hot water bottles to those braving the outdoor sofas! A 13 minute walk towards the Thames will get you to The Prince Albert, a local favourite. Stop here for a pint on your way to the always beautiful Albert Bridge. They do a great Sunday roast. Just over the river (Chelsea Bridge is closest to the apartment) you’ll find yourself in Sloane Square, the hub of the famous Chelsea area. This is where to head if shopping is your thing; the King’s Road and Sloane Street are the main shopping streets here. The 452 bus takes you there in 15 minutes. ## Transit TRANSPORT NOTES: Bus 44 is 24/7 and goes every 10 mins. It takes you to Victoria in 15 mins (town center) or Clap ham Junction and Tooting (Zone 2-5) Bus 344 is 24/7 and goes to Liverpool Street (40mins). Also stops at Vauxhaull all over the centre of town so both buses are an easy way to get to the centre of the town. There are also trains from Battersea Park Station and Queenstown Station which are 7 mins from my house towards the centre and gets you to waterloo or Victoria PARKING LOCATION - Free parking below Room 2 but it is not guaranteed and can be full. If this is the case, you can go around and there would be some spaces behind the around Park South building. CAFES AND RESTAURANTS: Captain Corelli is an amazing Italian cuisine and pizzas (highly rated by critics as well and super cheap). Get the house wine and dig in, it is my favourite place in whole of London! FeedWell caffe - makes amazing breakfast and all day food. Best for hangovers :) Pubs - Lost & Co. pub or the Lighthouse pub are on your left from my house, Magic Garden on the right. If you can't decide - Lost & Co is more expansive, upbeat and trendy, where Magic garden is a hippy paradise :) Battersea Power Station has some amazing pop ups, restaurants and street food. Need to visit to see what is on to get there, you will walk through the lovely Battersea park which is an experience on its own! LOCAL AMENITIES - Tesco's - 2 mins away. There is Cash Point there as well Chemist - 1m away ## Notes Please be mindful of the neighbours - No noise on the staircase after 10pm and no bass from the sound system after 11pm
