This spacious flat is located on the first floor of a beautiful detached property, close to fantastic transport links, shops and open green spaces. The flat has one luxurious bedroom with en suite bathroom and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This flat would be a great fit for up to 4 people looking for a beautiful place to stay, which is easily accessible to Central London. The Space: This beautiful flat is located on the first floor of a secure building. As you enter through the main building doors, you enter into a lovely entrance hallway with a wide stair case. As you go into the flat, on your right you have the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, and on your left you have the bedroom which then leads into the bathroom. LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The living area is extremely spacious and bright. There are two large comfortable sofas which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day exploring what London has to offer. One of these sofas also turns into a king size sofa bed if requested. The large TV has cable channels, so you will not be stuck with finding something to watch. The unique trunk coffee table is a great feature to the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything thing that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and you are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we provide coffee pods for. There is also a large fridge freezer and a variety of cooking utensils and equipment, plates, cutlery and glasses. The white dining table with clear perspex chairs seats four people comfortably and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy your meal. BEDROOM The bedroom has an extremely comfortable super king size bed, which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will be plenty of space in the wardrobe to store your belongings and hang your clothes up on the hangers provided. BATHROOM The luxurious and modern bathroom is located just off the bedroom. It has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. There will be space in the cupboard under the sink for you to keep your toiletries. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. House Rules: We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as possible. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything :) The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in. Should the above policies are not respected, we reserve the right to apply a penalty fee to the guest for any damages caused to the property Guest Access: You will have access to the whole property. Linen, bed sheets, body lotion and shampoo will be provided :) Interaction with Guests: When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be. The Neighborhood: This flat is in a great neighbourhood in the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham - close to great shops, cafes, restaurants and open green spaces. Ravenscourt Park is just a 10 minute walk away. This is a lovely place to take a picnic on a warm sunny day. The north east corner of the park is a designated archaeological priority area. In the park there is also multiple play areas, paddling pools for children and also two cafes. The flat is also just a 15 minute walk away from the banks of the river Thames. On a sunny day it is lovely to wander down to the river and watch the world go by and have a drink at The Dove, which is a waterside pub where Charles II and Nell Gwynne once dined, and also has the smallest bar room in the world. Westfield shopping centre is just a 15 minute walk away. You could spend a whole day in here browsing the huge variety of shops. There are also plenty of fun chain restaurants to eat in here, including Bill’s and Five Guys. Getting Around: This flat is in a fantastic location in terms of being able to get around London quickly and easily. The nearest tube station is Goldhawk Road, which is just a 5 minute walk away. This station is on the Circle and Hammersmith and City Lines. Head south and you can change to the Piccadilly Line at Hammersmith station, or head north up to White City then change to the central line which will take you through the centre of London via Bond Street, Oxford Street and St Paul’s. If you don’t fancy taking the tube there are a number of bus stops along Goldhawk Road. From here you can get a bus to the centre of London and surrounding areas.
