specification fixtures and fittings throughout also offering sustainable heating and ventilation systems.
The homes feel cosy and warm as heating to all apartments is via an Air Source heat Pump- that saves money on your energy bills
whilst lowering carbon footprint. A MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) has also been installed in each apartment, which provides fresh
filtered air into the home whilst retaining most of the energy that has already been used in heating the building- making the home even more energy efficient.
Also keeping the heat in with the aluminium double glazed contemporary style sash windows.
Each of the kitchens has been installed with British manufactured kitchen units “Finsa” and boast integrated appliances. The worktops are Honeycomb Siltstone with 100m granite upstand and grey mirrored or tiled splashback with single mono block mixer tap.
The bedrooms come with bespoke made wardrobes with internal strip LED lighting, including hanging rails and soft closing drawers. Luxury carpeting has been installed in each bedroom along with television and USB points. The bathrooms offer Mono block basin taps, mounted vanity unit sinks, Villeroy and Bosch bath and toilet, luxury wall mounted mirror cabinet with low voltage charging electrical socket and more.
Full building security. 24 hours CCTV which can be monitored by all residents on your electronic devices i.e. mobile phones, Ipads and computers.
Each resident has access to the landscaped communal rear garden area.
