This 2018 completed apartment features views of West Sands and the historic St Andrews Links. The apartment has two large bedrooms, both fitted with en suite bathrooms. A spacious open plan kitchen and living room allows you to enjoy the ocean views. Located in the heart of St Andrews, all of the town's restaurants and bars are only a short walk away.

Apartment is on the middle floor of the building (accessed by stairs only).

-Miele induction hobs, ovens and microwave will allow keen chefs to get to work! I have stocked the kitchen with a solid foundation of cooking utensils.
-Some teas and Nespresso coffee capsules will be supplied with the apartment.

-Separate washing and drying machines are available to use (laundry detergent supplied).
Bathrooms
-Master bedroom en suite: free standing bathtub and shower.

-Ground floor storage is available for heavy items that do not want to be carried up the stairs (i.e. golf clubs).
--Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to use... that said, the ground floor garden is not a part of our apartment and belongs to our neighbours below so please do not try to enter it! Some areas of storage in the apartment are reserved for the cleaning team but these will be clearly labelled, aside from these, make yourself at home.
--Interaction with guests
If I am in town, I will open up the apartment for you and familiarise you with it, if not, I will arrange key collection remotely! That said, I will always be available over the phone.
--Other things to note
Window cleaners will perform work at the apartment periodically, do not be alarmed.
Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged.
Further to this, sometimes cleaners may need to drop off spare bedding/towels, if this is the case I will forewarn you but you won't need to let them in, they can access the property independently.
