Experience - The Area... Looking down across the fields to the sea is Bramble Hill a spacious detached, six bedroom property set in an elevated position close to Crackington Haven beach. This is a property that can offer a room with a view (quite literally) as each of the bedrooms and all of the living space benefit from wonderful views of either the sea and/or countryside! Crackington Haven itself is a small north Cornwall hamlet located southwards of Bude. The cove beach at Crackington Haven is super sheltered and surrounded by dramatic Cornish headlands and cliffs. You will find a popular pub in the hamlet with a choice of two cafes and good size car park. Nestled on the north coast between Bude and Boscastle, Crackington Haven is generally considered a quieter spot with an abundance of lovely coastal walks and breath-taking scenery at your disposal. Bramble Hill is just over a half mile walk (downhill) to the cove beach at Crackington Haven and is 6 miles to Boscastle, 8 miles to Widemouth Bay and 11 miles to Bude. Stay - The Accommodation... The spacious accommodation at Bramble Hill is set over three floors and is arranged as follows; From the gravel parking area to the front, an entrance hallway (with ample room for boots and coats) welcomes you. Six curved, slate steps (with handrail)lead down from the hallway into the exceptionally spacious kitchen. The modern kitchen has all the usual electrical appliances and a large island unit with granite top taking centre stage. Full width bi-folding doors from the kitchen lead out onto the slate and decked terrace with gorgeous views out across the neighbouring fields and countryside. At one end of the kitchen you will find a family games room with full size pool table for some fun family nights in. At the other endis the utility room with laundry equipment, additional fridgeand handy walk-in shower and WC. Just off the kitchen is a generously preportioned dining room with plenty of room for entertaining (the Esse range is available for use in the autumn and winter months). Further on again is the comfortable main living room with choice of comfy sofas to take in the differing views of country and sea from the numerous windows. Staying on the ground floor level and just off the living room are two of the six bedrooms. A double bedroom and single bedroom. Both bedrooms have lovely seaward facing views. A large family bathroom WC with bath and separate mixer shower cubicle is shared by these two bedrooms. There is also a small study/reading room in this section of the house just in case you need it. A (reasonably steep) carpeted staircase leads down to the lower ground floor. Here you will find a very cute and cosy double bedroom with sliding door out into the garden, a shower room WC next to it (with a small step up) into a TV room with large television screen and some seating for chilling out. Heading back upstairs to the ground floor, an attractive oak staircase leads up from the dining room area to the first floor where you will find the three remaining bedrooms and additional family bathroom WC. At the top of the stairs to the left is a large double bedroom with glorious countryside views. To the right you will find the spacious king bedroom with stunning views down to the sea and access out onto a large glass screened balcony which looks over the neighbouring fields and countryside. A good size single bedroom again with views down to the sea completes the sleeping accommodation to the first floor with a large family bathroom WC with bath, basin and separate mixer shower cubicle serving these rooms. Outside, Bramble Hill benefits from generous outdoor space with rolling lawns and a paved and decked terrace with furniture and barbecue. Due to the rolling (and in parts, steep) garden landscape, children will need to be supervised when using this space. Please note that thegarden is not fully enclosed. There is parking for up to three vehicles on a gravel surface directly in front of the property. Don't forget... - A returnable security deposit of £200 is required - In 2022, one dog of any size will be welcomed
