This beautiful contemporary apartment has an open plan layout, perfect for relaxing and visiting friends. The apartment is perfectly laid out with all the amenities that you would require. Both bedrooms are situated to the rear of the property and away from the road, to make for a quiet and peaceful nights sleep.
It is a real home from home. The location is ideal for walks into town, metro trains and main roads to visit the coast.
The apartment has a contemporary, light and airy feel to it with tall windows letting lots of light in. The large lounge has a smart TV and WiFi throughout. There are 2 x sofas and dining table with 6 chairs for all meals.
The bedrooms have comfy beds and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom also contains a double bed and plenty of storage. (Extra bedding is available if needed).
The bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle fitted with separate bath and hid and hers sink. The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob and oven with plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery.
