Carlton Old Hall is a Grade II listed four double bedroom luxury holiday home situated in the heart of beautiful Coverdale.
With uninterrupted views and a wealth of charm and character Carlton Old Hall is the perfect place to stay to relax,unwind and explore the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Stone flagged floors, beams and an inglenook fireplace with a large wood burning stove will provide you witha true dales cottage experience.
Carlton Old Hall has flexible accommodation for eight people. It has four double bedrooms, two ensuite and one family bathroom, a cosy lounge with log fire, a well equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster range cooker, a dining room with a large oak table that seats eight people and a wood burning stove and a sun room.
Carlton Old Hall has a securewalled garden with wonderful uninterruptedviews of the dales. There is a large lawn to enjoy games with the children and agate at the bottom of the garden leads into a fieldbelonging to the property. From here a whole host of beautiful walks can be enjoyed. An outdoor table and chairs (seats 8) is provided to enjoy meals al fresco admiring the view and watching the many rabbits.
There is space to park up to four cars.
The house is situated in the pretty dales village Carlton in Coverdale. It is anideal locationto explorethe delights of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Beautiful walks and cycle rides are on your door step. Discover the markets towns of Leyburn, Hawes and Richmond, entertain the family at the award winning Forbidden Corner, visit Asgarth falls, Bolton Castle and Jervaux Abbey..
A lovely welcoming pub serving great food is a 5 minute walk away.
Carlton Old Hall has been lovingly restored and we hope you enjoy the unique quality and charm that it offers.
We are pet friendly and happy to welcome 2 dogs if they are happy to sleep and live downstairs.
There is a pet fee of £25.
Our Changeover day is generally Friday. We offer week long bookings Friday to Friday, weekend bookings Friday to Monday and mid week bookings Monday to Friday. We are flexible so please get in touch if you would like to discuss your booking needs.
