The Farmhouse is a lovingly restored 17th Century Grade II listed building, situated in a quiet secluded spot right in the centre of Croyde. It is just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Croyde and a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms & sleeps up to 6 people (1 double & 2 twins). The master bedroom with en-suite shower room has lovely views over the beautiful garden. The other 2 bedrooms are twin bedrooms & share the family bathroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds and again with a delightful view over the garden.
The third bedroom also has twin beds with views is to the lane and beyond.
The modern family bathroom has both bath and shower facilities (all showers in this cottage are power showers).
The kitchen is a great place to socialise, there is a large dining table that seats 6 people so that all the family can sit round in comfort. There is a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, a microwave and a flat screen TV to make it seem like home from home. We didn’t forget about the tumble dryer, that is in the utility room.
The comfortable beamed living room includes, 3 leather sofas, solid oak flooring, and open log fire for when the weather is less than perfect. There is a good sized SMART TV and a bookcase full of books.
We have a beautiful, large, sheltered garden with BBQ and garden furniture for 6 people. As can be seen from the photos there is a nice patio area for chilling out and plenty of lawn for those who are less inclined!
There is also a conservatory overlooking the garden perfect for the cooler (or indeed damper) days when you can’t sit outside to enjoy the garden.

You have private, secluded courtyard parking for 2 cars. With delivery services, local shops and bars there is no need to use the car while you are here yet still experience a huge amount.
On your arrival you will find your Welcome Pack of traditional cream teas.
Our local housekeeper provides 24-hour emergency cover.
