for sleep-ins.
The heart of the home lies in the open plan kitchen/diner, where you can whip up your
favourite delights in the well-equipped kitchen while friends and family pick through the
floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, sketch out their latest idea or sit across from you for a chat at
the bar. The house is perfect for both friends and family, with plenty of toys, books for the
young and not-so-young, an upright piano, board games, TV and a projector with a pull-down
screen in the living room.
On a sunny day, the South facing garden’s perfect for a tipple or to fire up the BBQ for a
meal under the cherry tree. Outdoor games are also available for children to play with while
in sight. Away from the communal area, the rest of the house is full of nooks and crannies to
retreat to, including a workspace in the loft. The loft balcony’s perfect for a sunset
overlooking the nearby park or a coffee first thing in the morning.
Top-end mattresses and powerful overhead showers in all bedrooms and bathrooms will not
disappoint! On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms, each with single beds and
additional pull-out single beds in each room. Between the rooms lies a large bathroom with
a strong overhead shower and also a washer-dryer. On the second floor is the loft room with
a king-size bed and an en-suite in which you can shower while looking up at the sky.

Aside from the nearby Victoria line with underground trains to central London every 1-
2mins, the National rail takes you to Hackney (6mins), Liverpool Street (14mins), Stratford
(10mins) and Stanstead airport (35mins).
Nearby buses abound, with most bus stops within a 5min walk. On street parking is also
available, except on stadium event days.
