It has been beautifully refurbished to a high standard and retains many original charming features. This is a truly charming and comfortable place to enjoy a well-earned seaside break.
Entrance
The property has a private driveway with ample parking for a large family car. There is a large entrance area providing lots of space for coats and boots leading to a stunning hallway with an original tiled floor.
Kitchen/Dining Room
The property boasts an impressive family kitchen and dining area with an 8 seat dining table and modern features such as a range cooker, breakfast bar island and full-size fridge freezer. This area provides all your home comforts and the ideal place for breakfast gatherings, or simply time to cook and unwind with family or friends.
Lounge
A very comfortably furnished, large main lounge area offers beautiful panoramic views and is a great place to find peace and tranquility. Enjoy views from the cushioned window seat or slide into one of the many soft and sumptuous sofas. This room has a wonderful spacious feel with original high ceilings and large windows offering plenty of natural sunlight.

All bedrooms and bathrooms have been decorated to a high specification with quality fixtures, beds and linen throughout. The main bedroom has a King sized bed, bedroom 2 is a twin and bedrooms 3 and 4 are both singles. The main bedroom has a walk-in shower with WC and basin whilst the family bathroom has a shower over bath with WC and basin.

Laundry
There is a small utility room to the rear of the property with a washing machine: clothes can be dried on a folding rail or on a pulley in the kitchen/dining room area.
