Negative: The house was booked through a holiday management company which over communicated emails through this platform in my opinion. This cluttered my inbox with unnecessary information. The key collection was a bit stressful as no info was given and a phone number to coordinate on arrival. After trying for a day prior I couldn't get a response from the number. Not really their fault as it's a UK number that I believe didn't accept wifi calls. So a technical issue was the reason I couldn't get through. However this still left me stranded and stressed while I tried for hours to track someone down. Their offices were closed on Sunday, however after messaging through their emergency line I finally got someone to respond to me on wassap. They contacted the owner and I got the lock box code thru Wassap. They could have just send the lock box code in one of their 10 emails about check in. Or provided another way to reach the owner. I'm sure I'm not the only international traveler using Wifi calling. Finally the house was really wonderful, comfortable and suited my needs however I spent a few hours with the hoover cleaning cobwebs, dust and killing spiders on my arrival. The home really needs a deep clean and better turn around cleaning to manage the above. Its a beautiful property and you can tell the owner really cares. On the surface it was very clean but you could tell no one had taken the effort to look up, or move anything and wipe around object, furniture etc.

Summary: Great location! Really lovely property, just streamline your check in and do some hoovering!
