Enjoy the peace of the countryside at Avoca Farm and have easy access to the local town of Holywood in eight minutes and the city of Belfast in fifteen Minutes.
The property will accommodate two adults comfortably. Upstairs the bedroom has a king sized bed. There is an en-suite bathroom..
Downstairs is a fully fitted modern kitchen, shower room and living room. The living room has a double bed settee and this would be suitable for two small children if required. Free Wi-fi is available and there is a TV both upstairs and downstairs. This accommodation is an annex to the main Avoca Farm House where the hosts Alison and Peter live. Although no longer a working farm we have our own pets and keep our own chickens. The annex has its own private garden where you can relax, and is securely fenced in should you wish to bring your dog.
