Positive: GREAT LOCATION, LARGE COMFORTABLE COTTAGE. HOLIDAY CUT SHORT BY ILLNESS.

Negative: DO NOT LIKE THE TYPE OF KEY BOX THAT IS USED FOR MANY PROPERTIES.
