Please note, there is one double sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 guests.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Leading out from the living room and accessible from the entrance hall is an open plan kitchen and dining area, with fresh white interiors and lots of light. There is an elegant wood table with 6 chairs in the centre and a TV on the wall – perfect for a relaxed dinner at home. Glass doors open out onto a delightful Juliet balcony, allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. Amenities include a fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, and induction hob.
SECOND FLOOR
FIRST BEDROOM/ OFFICE
Up another flight of stairs is a lovely little room with neutral interiors and pretty views of the street outside. There is a small double sofa bed suitable for 1 guest, with a little bedside table and lamp. This room doubles up as a nice office area with a desk, lamp and chair. There is also a playpen stored in the cupboard and available for infants.
SECOND BEDROOM
Another lovely little room with crisp white interiors, a trundle bed that folds out into a double for up to 2 guests, a bedside drawer unit, and large wardrobe.
MAIN BATHROOM
Decorated in stylish marble tiles with silver fittings. There is a bath with an overhead waterfall shower, a basin, heated towel rail, WC, bidet, and mirror cabinets along the wall.
MASTER BEDROOM
A beautiful big bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. 2 large windows with elegant hanging curtains let in the light and there is plenty of floor space. The bed is framed by 2 matching bedside tables with lamps. There is a long lengthwise mirror on one wall, and a large set of wardrobes along the wall opposite the bed. You will find the washing machine and dryer tucked away in the cupboard by the entrance to this room.
ENSUITE BATHROOM
A big, bright bathroom with a large walk-in waterfall shower, basin, WC, bidet, and large mirror cabinets.
ROOF TERRACE
The pièce de résistance is the fabulous roof terrace; accessible up another staircase and opening out into a beautiful, spacious decking area with a large wicker sofa at one end and a round table with 6 chairs at the other.
