This beautifully presented cottage is located in the grounds of the owners' home, in the village of Pantymwyn with plenty to enjoy in and around the area. At night time, cosy up in the double bedroom which contains storage space and a Velux window which invites natural lighting inside. A shower room lies close by, housing a rainfall shower and a touch effect mirror for a contemporary finish. You will look forward to getting ready ahead of your day. Outside is where you will want to be, whether it's having a barbecue with your friends or resting on the patio. Better yet, the enclosed heated swimming pool is perfect for taking a dip whilst watching TV and the hut also comes complete with a wet room for your convenience. With more to see, the beautiful village of Pantymwyn is home to a village pub, whilst nearby Mold offers a market, a selection of shops and Theatre Clwyd. For golf lovers the is a golf course 100 yards away and Loggerheads Country Park and Moel Famau offer walks for all abilities. Excellent walking and breath-taking scenery can be enjoyed along the Offa's Dyke path, and the city of Chester is just 18 miles away. Pantymwyn is a wonderful base for touring North Wales.
Pantymwyn is situated just three miles west of the market town of Mold and two miles from the village of Cilcain. It is home to a village pub. Nearby Mold offers a regular market, a selection of shops and good pubs along with Theatre Clwyd, the National Theatre for Wales. Nearby walking and scenery can be enjoyed along the Offa's Dyke path, whilst the city of Chester is just 18 miles away and certainly worth a visit.
