Positive: very clean and contained everything you could possibly need for all age groups on holiday.The kitchen was brilliant and well thought out with all the utensils you would have at home.Great size fridge and cooker for any family size.Another great asset was the fact there was a separate shower and toilet downstairs.The heating was all on a timer so need to worry about trying to set it up.We had a family of seven staying and at no time did we feel we were on top of each other. 6 adults and a child so great value as far as we were concerned.A really comprehensive guide to all the equipment in the house and local information provided.

Negative: Probably the steps to the garden but we were aware of this on booking and would not have been a problem for the adults.

Summary: A great few days in North Wales and really good communication with the owners.
