The house is situated just a 15 minute walk from Exmouth town centre and only a 20 minute walk to the marina and the 2 miles of sandy beach

Well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric double oven and hob, with doors to terrace, small table for 4. Elegant dining area (comfortable seating for 10) . Top quality jacquard linen and fluffy bamboo towels are supplied. Downstairs there is a double or twin bedroom with en suite bathroom (zip-linkable to 6’ double) . Upstairs, four bedrooms over two floors. On the first floor, a double with view over Exmouth, a double with TV (a single bed could be added if necessary), and a single. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath plus hand-shower). On the second floor, a twin bedroom with 360 degrees view over the town. A stunning family house, perfect for get-togethers in a great coastal spot. Arrival after 2pm.
