Positive: The location is not far from the main Leith Street (only 5 minutes' walk) and it is a quite and safe place to stay. Facilities are sufficient.

Negative: Some kitchen utensils (cutlery) and the bathtub (the tap and shower)of one of the room need to be renewed and repaired. The outer door handle of one of the room was broken.
