LIVING ROOM On the right of the entrance hall is the relaxing living space. A light and spacious room, it includes cool art on the walls, a bookcase, fireplace and seating area. There is a comfortable sofa opposite the television, with plants to decorate. KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM The kitchen and dining room is modernist in style, with a central, curved island in white and surrounding bar stools. The kitchen comprises all the amenities you will need during your stay- including a wine fridge and a coffee machine. By the doors out to the garden, is the dining table and surrounding chairs. GARDEN The garden offers a relaxing space with an astro lawn, gym equipment and a table tennis table. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin, all in white, with pebbled floor tiles. FIRST BEDROOM The first bedroom offers plenty of natural light, as well as a comfortable double bed, with a quilted navy-blue headboard. For storage, there is also a hanging rail. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is spacious, with lovely high ceilings. This includes a Super-King size bed and a blue bench in the window. Opposite the bed is a large white wardrobe. On the left, is the en suite bathroom. MASTER EN SUITE The master en suite includes a walk-in shower, a large bath, two basins and a WC. ROOF TERRACE On the next level up, there is access to a roof terrace- complete with astro lawn, a circular table and chairs, as well as a corner sofa. For alfresco dinners, there is also a large BBQ, for enjoying a summer’s evening. THIRD BEDROOM The third bedroom offers a double bed, with surrounding books, trinkets and a mural of a rabbit on the wall. The space also offers a desk with chair, a cosy armchair and a chest-of-drawers. FOURTH BEDROOM The fourth bedroom has fun wallpaper depicting flamingos lining one wall, with a bookcase to one side. The bed is a single bed, for 1 guest, with a chest-of-drawers opposite. From the window there are views to the roof terrace and garden. STUDY The study will be locked to guests.
