Underfloor heating downstairs and in bathrooms, 5 minutes from Babington House and the Talbot Inn in Mells. Frome only 6 miles away. Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant & Bath all 20 mins drive. Close to Downside School, All Hallows & Wells and all the Bath schools.
