The entrance hall is airy and spacious, with artwork hanging on the walls. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM An impressive open-plan kitchen and dining area, with sleek fittings and a large kitchen island. On one side of the island, is a breakfast bar with barstools. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with high spec amenities including a coffee machine and a wine fridge. There is a large wooden dining table and chairs. Artwork hangs on the exposed brick wall behind. In this area there is also a large corner sofa in grey, a television opposite and an Anglepoise standing lamp. French doors lead out to the garden. WC There is a downstairs bathroom by the front entrance, with a sink, chic stone tiles and a WC. The utilities can also be found in a cupboard in here, including the washing machine and tumble dryer. GARDEN This lovely garden has outdoor seating, including a table and chairs, bench and armchairs, as well as a parasol. There is a small lawn area and plants surrounding the space. For dinners al fresco, there is an Egg BBQ, ideal for summer evenings. Upstairs to the first floor. LIVING ROOM This calming living area has a large corner sofa in grey, bookshelves, a television opposite the seating area and art on the walls. This room overlooks the street below, from the sash windows, complete with small Juliette balconies. SECOND RECEPTION ROOM A further living area, which is spacious and bright. This room has two sofas, in cream, a coffee table, a modern fireplace, a piano and views of the garden from the windows. In the corner, there is a desk, with chair to use as a work-space if needed.
