The large living room has plenty of comfortable seating, whilst a handy downstairs bedroom and shower room is useful for guests who may not wish to manage the stairs. A further two bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. The large sunny garden to the rear is enclosed, making it safe for children to play in, and the utility room will come in useful for those days when a change of clothes may be necessary!
