A refurbished three bedroom house in Hove, with free on-street parking in nearby roads - there are some restrictions where you cannot park between 6-7pm so is always best to check the restrictions .
There is a gated back garden with patio area. The property is a 15 minutes walk to the start of Brighton & Hove seafront. There’s a bus stop opposite the house into town or the train station is less than 10 minutes walk away (Portslade).
The space
A nicely decorated 3 bedroom house in Hove, 15 minutes walk to the seafront. I have renovated the whole house and the latest addition is new windows and doors and a patio area with table and chairs in the south facing garden.
The lower floor is open plan and there’s a great lounge space with sofas to seat 6 people comfortably. This leads on to the dining room with tables and chairs and the kitchen with a breakfast bar and two stools.
The kitchen features two AEG ovens, an induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all the essentials that you might need.
The pictures don’t quite reflect the bedroom set up but there’s a large room with a king bed, a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds.
There’s a large supermarket (Sainsbury’s) 10 minutes walk away. The property is just 2.5 miles from Brighton city centre, about £8/£9 in a taxi but also easily accessible by train or bus. **Please note - Bath towels are not provided, so you will need to bring. Pricing is occupancy based, only the number of guests selected will be permitted, we ask for names prior to arrival.

The garden is in the process of being finished and so there’s some building equipment present at the back of the garden at the moment. I know have some damage to the fence following the storms :-( awaiting fix!
