A kitchen and dining room to the rear has all the appliances you will need to create a delicious meal or a hearty breakfast. Why not take it al fresco onto the bistro table. The first floor has a twin bedroom to the front of the property, decorated with a marine theme echoed throughout the property, offering a comfortable night’s sleep and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a great place to cleanse, reset and recharge. Head up to the second floor to find a double bedroom offering a cool and roomy space to dream about the next day of your holiday. Along this floor you will also find a games room featuring a day bed and TV, perfect for playing games or taking some time out.
Berry Head Nature Reserve is nearby and is a great day out, with its iconic lighthouse, Napoleonic Fort and breath-taking views of the bay. Take a picnic or indulge in a sweet treat at the café. The Southwest Coast Path is easily accessible from here. Take your camera and binoculars and look out for seals and dolphins. Explore the neighbouring towns of the English Riviera, Paignton and Torquay by boat or open top bus, take in the medieval town of Totnes with its English Heritage castle and weekly markets or simply relax in this comfortable cottage.
