We’re a minutes walk from Patricroft Station
You're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants with our favourite place to visit, Noir Steakhouse just 2 minute minutes’ drive away.

Our closest train station is Patricroft Station and it’s only 2 minutes walk away.
PARKING: There is free on street parking park anywhere on our road
THE BEST BIT: We are a 5 minute drive from the Trafford centre

We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
