One bathroom, located on the first floor, includes a bath, toilet, and sink, while the second bathroom, on the ground floor, features an electric walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are shared spaces, and we kindly ask all guests to maintain cleanliness and respect for others, as it is a shared environment.Self-check-in is available for added convenience, with the key stored in a key safe at the property.The location is fantastic, with several shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A large retail park is also nearby, and a bus stop across the road provides direct routes to Edinburgh's city centre, with buses passing approximately every 15 minutes. Edinburgh’s iconic Royal Mile is just a 15-20 minute drive away.We provide a variety of amenities, including bin bags, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and hot drink facilities.
