The kitchen has all the mod-cons you may need to cook a tasty meal.

As for the bedroom, you'll find that the double bed has been fitted with hotel-quality linens for comfort.

In addition, the stunningly refurbished bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, heated towel rails, a mirror, a toilet and a basin. We also provide fresh towels and complimentary eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

In our home, your health comes first. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

## Access

Guests will have access to the entire home! The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift access. The keys to the property will need to be picked up from a store about a 9-minute walk from the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

## Neighborhood

Homerton is a vibrant and eclectic neighbourhood in East London, home to a diverse mix of attractions, restaurants and bars. The area is home to London Stadium, London Fields Lido, Hackney Downs Park and Leyton Jubilee Park, as well as the Roman Road Market and Millfields Park. Tumbling Bay Playground and The Viktor Wynd Museum of Curiosities are also popular attractions in the area. Homerton station is a 10-minute walk from the property and provides easy access to Liverpool Street station.

## Transit

Homerton and Hackney Central overground stations are within easy reach and provide fast access into central London and Stratford Westfield in the opposite direction. Several well-connected bus routes run from Chatsworth Road and Homerton High Street.

## Notes

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
