It comes with modern furniture and appliances and it features one double bedroom and a separate study room. It also comes with a balcony. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This lovely apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The home is located on the first floor. It features a spacious and bright open space living area and kitchen, fully stocked and ready to be used. Guests will find a dining table, a sofa and armchairs. This area also opens up directly to the balcony. The bedroom is spacious and features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi and a dedicated study room to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The study room also features a comfortable sofa bed sleeping one extra guest. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

This home is located in the heart of Hoxton, next to the regent’s Canal and not far from Dalston area. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via tube and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods - the perfect base for exploring the best that the city has to offer! The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to Hoxton and Haggerston stations and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
